Celebrating the unique taste of Bredon Hill, every dish showcases wild game sourced exclusively from the hill itself, thoughtfully paired with wines grown on the very land where the wildlife roams. A true expression of local provenance, bringing together the flavours of the countryside in perfect harmony.

As a special highlight, guests will be among the first to taste Deer Park Vineyard's exciting new 2025 vintages, offering an exclusive first look at the wines before their wider release.

Hugo, aka The Game Glutton, was runner-up in this year’s Eat Game Awards, nominated for Champion of Champions, and narrowly missing out to one of the two Michelin-starred chefs he was up against. Hugo’s modern take on wild meat is truly game changing, and this evening offers a unique opportunity to experience his creativity first-hand.
